Our Promise

Our Promise

At Leadgenix, we are committed to providing the best marketing and SEO work for your business, which includes being honest and accountable for our work. As part of our commitment to you and your business, we created this promise:

We will not set unreasonable expectations.

We will not promise or imply that we can obtain certain results in a specified or unreasonable time frame, given the knowledge of our clients and their competitor’s position on search engines. We will also never guarantee first page rankings, as we do not control the algorithm or any competitors.

We won't use questionable strategies.

We promise to only use ethical tactics to promote our client’s website and to avoid any tactics that have been identified as unethical.

We follow the law.

We will not violate any copyrights or trademarks, and we will avoid any appearance of spam. We will also not promote any services that violate legal requirements.

We will not intentionally violate search engine rules or best practice.

We will stay up to date with the rules and guidelines in order to take reasonable actions to keep our efforts in line with these published guidelines. We will seek clarification when the rules are not clear, to avoid accidentally harming our clients.

We will not intentionally harm a client, their brand, or their reputation.

We will not use any strategy, technology, or procedure that may knowingly cause our clients to be deindexed, removed from directories, or otherwise penalized, whether the client is currently with us or not.

We will treat all clients equally and protect their confidentiality.

When we have multiple clients competing for the same search terms, we will not give preference to one over another and will actively do what we can to separate those campaigns, such as having different teams manage them, for example.

We will not claim others’ work as our own.

We will not claim others’ work as our own. We will provide original content for each of our clients and avoid any plagiarism. If we use content created by a third party, we will obtain their consent to its use.

We will not misrepresent our skills, training, experience, or affiliations.

We will be upfront about our strategy, methods, certifications, and other qualifications, and will be honest about our timetables and performance history.
